That's right...no cost.  Send us a photograph of your chapter house and for your trouble we will create the rendering and send an electronic copy to you to review . . .at no cost you to you.

We only charge for our work when you are pleased enough to purchase our products!

Follow This Guide To Get The Perfect Photograph of Your House. . .

Digital Camera (Preferred):

• Minimum 4 megapixel camera set at the highest resolution the camera is capable of.
• This will create a fairly large file, but is necessary to create a high quality rendering.
• Shoot in either JPEG or TIFF format.  Please shoot in color.
• Email your photo as an attachment to your email (do not inbed into the email) to: photos@renimagery.com

Film Camera:

• Use a 35MM camera of good quality (do not use a disposable camera)
• Shoot in color and mail a 4" x 6" or 5" x 7" glossy print to:

Photography Tips:

Use the photograph below as a reference to this guide:

• Take your picture on a cloudy day (or when the sun is behind a cloud to eliminate shadows.)
• Make sure all windows and doors are closed.
  • Don't worry about air conditioners (right upper window), power lines, etc.  We take them out.
  • If you can remove unwanted items (trash barrels, cars, etc.) that would be helpful
• Choose a pleasing angle such as the one in the photo to best capture the character of your house. 
• Make sure to leave a fair amount of the landscape to the left and right of the house to give us room to crop the rendering.
